How does this work?
We meet for a three to four hour session that is tailored to you. My objective is to both understand what has held you back in the past and enable you to succeed at getting the career opportunity you are interested in. I do not necessarily go from A to Z in sequence because I want to allow our conversation to be natural and flow. We do end up covering the entire alphabet in a manner that is tailored to you. What if I do not get the career opportunity at my next interview?
We debrief right after your interview to understand how you performed. Before you call your spouse or mom, you need to call me. I am here to help you get back on your feet and advance in your career. How long does it typically take to get an offer after receiving mentorship?

It is both art and science. I take a lot of pride in the way I live my life and the meaningful relationships I build along the way. The art aspect focuses on how to build trust, rapport and support in a situation of power difference. An interview can be a very exhausting experience for most candidates. I help you change your mindset and approach so that you never have to stress out about an interview and can enjoy the process, which will ultimately lead to you receiving the career opportunity you are looking for. An interview is not an interview; once you understand how you should approach this unnatural meeting, you will be able to stand out from the crowd. Why would a candidate fail an interview?
Failing to make a positive impression or become memorable will ultimately lead to being compared to everyone else who has applied for that same career opportunity and most likely not get selected. The best hiring managers do not choose their hires based on skillset, knowledge, experience or expertise alone, they weigh both the mindset and attitude of a candidate as well in order to understand whether this will be a great added value to the team or not.

What if I am a great candidate and the hiring manager does not choose me?
You may never know the exact reason why you have not been chosen as most organizations do not disclose that information for fear of being sued. Having said that, you will be able to understand more precisely why your next interview may not have gone according to plan. Remember that most of the candidates I have worked with have successfully received their offers on their first attempt after training. When we meet I will be able to understand what has held you back in the past and provide guidance that is tailored to you. I will interview you to watch you in action and we will also reverse the roles.

Should I change my answers based on the organization I interview at?
I would never recommend rehearsing or remembering your answers. It is paramount that you know your answers by heart so that they believe every word you say. Most importantly, an interview is a very uncomfortable setting for most candidates and thus failing to remember an answer or detail while you are delivering it might have a negative impact on the rest of your interview. I don’t rehearse or practice my answers, and I never answer the exact same way. I have learned to have a conversation with hiring managers and captivate their attention. I will teach you how to never have to worry about what you say.

Would it be more effective to research the organization and interviewers?
If you research the organization and interviewers too much, you will try to lead the conversation in an unnatural way, which will be reflected by your verbal and non-verbal expressions. It is far more effective to allow the conversation to flow and get to know each other. You would think that knowing a lot more about them would help you but it won't. Understand how to build relationships with anyone, including the person who has the power to decide your fate.

How many interviews should I go through in order to find a career opportunity?
Typically, candidates receive an offer at their very next interview. For some, not many, it takes two interviews to master this skill. I teach you how to practise these techniques with everyone you walk into before the interview begins. After this my mentorship you will see your life is an ongoing interview.

What if this Interview Sniper session is not for me?
You will know within the first five minutes of the session. I will be asking you throughout whether you see the value or not. If at any point you share that this is worthless to you, I will ask you whether you want me to approach it differently or refund your payment in full. Could my resume be the reason why I do not get chosen after my interview?
A hiring manager invites you to the interview because you already have the knowledge, skills, experience and expertise required to deliver value. If you were invited then you have every reason to believe that you have what it takes to perform well. It is up to you now to convey confidence and articulate answers so that the hiring managers believes in your abilities. When you fail to receive an offer or get ghosted you must accept that you didn’t make a strong enough impression. Candidates don’t get career opportunities based on resumes or skillsets alone, they get them based on attitude over aptitude.

What does it mean to be ghosted?
Just like in dating, you can be ghosted by recruiters and/or hiring managers because they discovered they are no longer interested in you, unfortunately.
